Full-service planning begins at the start: venue and vendor selection, design, budget guidance, and complete execution. Partial planning is for couples who have booked some vendors and want help refining the design and filling the gaps. Day-of Event Management is for couples who planned it themselves and want a professional to take over in the final weeks and run the day.

Event staff is quoted separately and finalized three weeks before the wedding. Most weddings need at least one assistant per 50-75 guests for a minimum of eight hours at $25 per hour. Couples pay staff directly, and Riegle Events takes no markup.
